Sunday night 7-aside League kicks off in May

Looking for a fun and social way to stay active? Join our 7-Aside Adult Field Hockey League, where the focus is on camaraderie, competition, and simply enjoying the game!

Whether you’re a seasoned player or just dusting off your stick, this league is open to all skill levels. Games are fast-paced yet friendly, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and the love of the sport.

📅 When: Sunday nights, May 4 – July 27

⏰ Game Times: Between 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

📍 Where: Minto Field, Nepean Sportsplex

🏑 Who: Players 18+ (Experienced juniors may apply)

💲 Cost: $150 for Adults | $90 for Students (under 23 years)

Teams will be formed at the start of the season from the pool of registered players. If you have friends you’d like to play with, you can specify them when signing up, and we’ll do our best to place you together.

Gather your friends or sign up as an individual—either way, you’re in for great games and good company. Come for the field hockey, stay for the community!
