Family Sports Nights are a great way for kids and their parents/ guardians to have fun and experience playing sport activates together. Our safe, fun and exciting new sports are easy to learn and easy to play and ideal for all aged 8 and over and with different skill levels.  If your family is looking for a sport that everyone can play, then come join other families for a FUN night out!

FAMILY SPORTS NIGHT

This one-hour sport activity is a low tempo, all-inclusive session that brings families from all different backgrounds, ages and skill levels together to learn new sports techniques then try them out in a series of fun mini games.  No experience is required, and ENJOYMENT is the name of the game!
Premier Sports Leagues provides the gym rental, all the equipment and instructor/referee to help facilitate the night

GOALS:

• introduce families to the sports techniques and rules of play
• take players through a series of warm up and simple drills to help them get accustomed to the fundamentals of passing, shooting and ball handling to help them feel more comfortable with the equipment
• divide the families (or mix family members up) and form teams, then play a series of mini games
• throw in a few easy challenges from time to time to level the playing field between experienced and not so experienced players
• leave families feeling good about the memories they had with each other
