Join us every Sunday evening from 8:00pm to 9:30pm, starting April 28th and running until July 28th. Led by seasoned Outaouais coaches and players, our program offers a dynamic, high-paced training environment tailored to push your limits and elevate your skills.

With a focus on intensity and individualized attention, our small group sessions (limited to just 15 participants) ensure focused coaching and ample opportunity for personalized skill development. Coaches will organize small group sessions targeting specific areas of improvement, guaranteeing a comprehensive training experience.
