Spring League Details

The club is organizing a Spring Junior League for high school age girls running on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 9:00pm running from the May 5 until June 23.  Teams will play 1 game a week and players will be able to participate in weekly open skills training. Schedule should include at least 8 game dates.

Players will be able to sign up for the league only or the league and club junior training sessions.

Club Junior training sessions on Sundays from 6-8pm beginning Apr 25 and running until the end of July. 

Players when completing the interest form.  Individuals can sign up as Free Agents. There are currently 4 teams to choose from, Kanata, Riptide, Frantic and Glebe.  Free Agents will be assigned to a team.  If you have questions about the teams or would like to create your own, please send an email to info@outaouaisfhc.ca

Cost will be between $150-170 for the league only and $250-$280 for league plus club training (Sun evenings, July Wed & Sun) depending on anticipated registration numbers.

All players must be registered with FHO at Membership. If you played in the fall league you are already registered with FHO and as a Outaouais member.
