Updated Summer Jnr League & Training Details

Based on lasted reopening guidelines and projected training (including all league players) start date of Jun 16, league games starting July 7. Subject to change

The club is organizing a League for U20 girls with games on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 8:00pm running from July until Sept 1.

Participants will have the option of

playing in the league and participating in Club Junior training sessions on Sundays from 6-8pm beginning Jun 20 and running until the end of Aug.

Teams will play at least 1 game a week. The schedule should include at least 8 game dates.

There are currently 4 teams to choose from, Kanata, Riptide, Frantic and Glebe. Individuals can sign up as Free Agents and will be assigned to a team.

Players select a "Group/Team when they register.

Cost is $160 for the league only and $200 for the league plus club training (Sun evenings, July Wed & Sun).

All players must be registered with FHO. If you played in the 2020 fall league you are already registered with FHO.
