Junior Spring League and Training

The club is organizing a Spring Junior League for high school age girls (14 - 19) with games on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 9:00pm 
running from May 5 to June 23.

Participants will have the option of

• playing in the league and participating in Club Junior training sessions on  Sundays from 6-8pm beginning April 25 and running until the end of Aug.
• -just playing in the league

Teams will play at least 1 game a week. The schedule should include at 
least 8 game dates.

Players select a "Group/Team when they register. Individuals can also 
sign up as Free Agents and will be placed on a team.

There are currently 4 teams to choose from, Kanata, Riptide, Frantic and 
Glebe. Free Agents will be assigned to a team.

All players must be registered with FHO. If you played in the 2020 fall 
league you are already registered with FHO.
