At 2:09 of the 2nd period, Sydney Ice Dogs #23 was assessed a Game Misconduct under Rule 41.4: Boarding. Sydney Ice Dogs #23 has been suspended for one game to be served in Game 16 against Sydney Bears in Week 3 on 19 April.

Game 17: Central Coast Rhinos vs Sydney Bears
At 00:00 of the 3rd period, an incident occurred involving Central Coast Rhinos #89 which was not penalised by the Game Officials. The incident was raised to the Department of Player Safety who reviewed the incident and submitted the matter for further disciplinary assessment. Central Coast Rhinos #89 has been suspended for two games to be served in Game 26 against Brisbane Lightning in Week 4 on 27 April and Game 31 against Brisbane Lightning in Week 4 on 28 April. In addition to the suspension, Central Coast Rhinos #89 was also issued an official caution which may be taken into account for any further disciplinary assessment.

At 17:35 of the 1st period, an incident occurred involving Perth Thunder #29 which was not penalised by the Game Officials. The incident was raised to the Department of Player Safety who reviewed the incident and submitted the matter for further disciplinary assessment. Perth Thunder #29 has been suspended for one game to be served in Game 25 against Adelaide Adrenaline in Week 4 on 27 April.

At 15:47 of the 2nd period, Perth Thunder #7 was assessed a Game Misconduct under Rule 41.4: Boarding. Perth Thunder #7 has been suspended for one game to be served in Game 21 against Melbourne Ice in Week 3 on 21 April.

Game 23: Canberra Brave vs Brisbane Lightning
At 1:18 of the 1st period, an incident occurred involving Canberra Brave #44 which was not penalised by the Game Officials. The incident was raised to the Department of Player Safety who reviewed the incident and submitted the matter for further disciplinary assessment. Canberra Brave #44 has been suspended for two games to be served in Game 28 against Newcastle Northstars in Week 4 on 27 April and Game 35 against Melbourne Ice in Week 5 on 4 May.
