After an eight-month break, it’s only days now until the Sydney Ice Dogs are back on the ice for the 2019 AIHL season. With a young core at the heart of the team boosted by the introduction of new players including Dylan Quaile, Matt Monaghan, Nicholas Novysedlak and Garret Bartus, the Ice Dogs are set to have an exciting and promising year ahead of them. The last time the two met, on 24th August 2018, the Ice Dogs dominated and took with them a 7-2 victory and the Wilson Cup. The Ice Dogs won three of the four games against the Bears last season, outscoring them 15 to 10 and have won 38 of the 65 games since 2002, scoring 254 goals against the club. Following the 20th April contest, the Ice Dogs and Bears will play against each other on the following dates: 1st June, 6th July and 23rd August. Not only are the players quick, but so are the games, which begin at 5pm and finish up at 7pm. You can skip the lines and purchase your tickets online at: https://bit.ly/2KMdfFe |
