Ah, the off-season! There may be lots of NHL content but there's a noted shortage of AIHL content.

Let's get to know a few of our players in our first segment of 'KNOW YOUR ADRENALINE'. Today we are catching up with 2018 Adrenaline Rookie of the Year Harley Anderson.

Height: 188cm

Age you started playing hockey: 6

Why play hockey?:  For me there is no other sport that I enjoy as much as hockey. It takes all your focus and skill and has a pace that other sports don’t have. 

IHSA Club: I will have to go with Jokers I guess cause that’s the team I play for in Brissy. 

Favourite NHL Team: Vancouver Canucks 

If I were to be taken on a dream date, it would be: Umm this is a tricky one, I would say it would be dinner at a steakhouse and then a movie. 

Favourite thing about being on the Adrenaline: I have only played one season but the guys in the change room and everyone that helps out with the team are so good. It really feels like you’re part of a family and everyone makes it easy to just play hockey and have fun. 

Goofiest player on the Adrenaline: Definitely has to be Ales Kratoska. He is a one of a kind guy. Such a good teammate and person on and off the ice.

Thing you learned most about yourself in 2018:  I definitely learned that I am willing to pay way to much for a season worth of sticks. I learned that I am capable of playing in the AIHL and that with hard work and practice you can make a difference on the ice. 

Reasons why fans should be excited in the future about the Adrenaline: The future of the adrenaline is very bright in my opinion. The team is obviously very young and as the team develops and grows we will continue to be able to compete with the best teams in the league. With a coach like Jim the Adrenaline have great potential to be a competitive team in the future and hopefully win a cup.
