The Adelaide Adrenaline are glad to announce our second NEW signing for the upcoming 2025 Season… Introducing, Darcy Flanagan!
 
Darcy, who clocks in at an impressive 6’3”, joins us with 72 games of AIHL experience, having spent time with the Melbourne Ice and Mustangs and the Canberra Brave. 
 
Over the last two seasons Darcy has being in action overseas, spending time in England in the NIHL 1 and heading to Sweden for a fifth season, this time with Linden Hockey 2 in Division 3. And when he returns to the AIHL this April, it’s Adelaide that he’ll be calling ‘home’.
 
Being the second new addition to our roster, GM Glen Foll is happy to get this announcement out there for Adrenaline fans – “With everything we’re doing off the ice at the moment, adding Darcy to the roster right now aligns with that perfectly. He’s going to be a great addition to the D-core and brings another level of intensity and physicality to the team.”
 
Glen isn’t the only one looking forward to Darcy’s return to the AIHL being with Adelaide, we caught up with our latest signing recently – “I'm really excited to be joining the Adelaide Adrenaline for the 2025 ice hockey season! The club has done a first-class job putting together a quality playing group along with a first-class off ice crew to build on the big steps they have taken this past season. I'm keen to bring some energy to the team and play in front of the amazing fan base that has stuck it out through good and bad providing that adrenaline-pumping atmosphere that comes with every game. This season promises to be an unforgettable experience, and I'm ready to give it my all!”
