Eagles add pair of linemates to impressive 2018-19 recruiting class
- Submitted by

The Eastern Washington University Eagles have added a pair of linemates from the Lake Tahoe Icemen in the WSHL. Paul Frys and Mitch Hunt are both high quality players that will continue to bolster an impressive 2018-19 recruiting class. Frys and Hunt will add serious depth and skill for the club next season.

Coach Strait had this to say about Paul, “Paul is a highly skilled player who’s is very familiar with putting the puck in the back of the net. He has put up video game numbers this year already amassing 100 points in 47 games. We will be relying on Paul to bury the puck for us in the upcoming season.” Discussing Mitch, Coach Strait had this to say, “Mitch is a guy we’ve had our eye on since September and we’re very happy to bring him on board. He’s a big kid with a heavy shot that plays the game with a mean streak, which is something we need a little more of.”

We’re very excited to have these two players joining our organization, and we look forward to more recruiting announcements in the near future.
