STARTS IN...

The idea for the Golden Gate Cup was conceived on an airplane on the way back from the Canada Cup in Toronto 2004. Over the years it has become the premier Floorball tournament in the USA.

The first 4 years of the Golden Gate Cup was played at the YMCA Treasure Island, located in the San Francisco bay with amazing views of the Golden Gate bridge, hence the name Golden Gate Cup!

Since those early years at the YMCA Treasure Island, the tournament has been hosted in Menlo Park and lately at the Silver Creek Sportsplex in the San Jose, CA. 

The winning team and the team captain gets rewarded by  having their name engraved on the Golden Gate Cup trophy.
