The 2020 KIJHL AGM was completed on Saturday June 13th via video conference and dealt with a number of items such as Return to Play planning with a hopeful start date, a move to NHL-style overtime, increased referee focus on dangerous penalties, and a league partnership with GameSheet Inc. Sherlock Rookie of the Year

The Sicamous Eagles AGM will be on Tuesday, May 21st at 7:00pm, upstairs at the Sicamous & District Recreation Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend. It takes a community of stellar people to run a team at the Junior B level, and we want your help. We need about one and a half hours of your time, once a month, to talk about hockey! Nathan Plessis - Commits to Brown
The Sicamous Eagles are excited to pass on the news that former Eagle Nathan Plessis (2014-16), who is currently the captain of the Brooks Bandits of the AJHL has committed to attend and play for Brown University at the start of the 2019-20 NCAA season. Click to read the

Trade: Andrew Berkelaar
The Sicamous Eagles have picked up defenseman Andrew Berkelaar from the Mission City Outlaws of the Pacific Junior Hockey League in exchange for a PDF (player to be determined). Andrew is a 6'2", 180 lb. defenseman at 17 years old, from Williams Lake who was in his second season with the Mission City Outlaws.

KIJHL College Showcase
Acting on a proposal by the Sicamous Eagles organization, the KIJHL Governors officially voted to move forward with our first annual KIJHL College Showcase for the 2018/19 season. Attendance by NCAA D2-3, ACHA D1, BCIHL, and ACAC hockey programs as well as team rep's from the WHL, BCHL, AJHL, SJHL, MJHL, and OPJHL will be in attendance.

Hey Kids! Ready for some Halloween fun? Carve a pumpkin with your favourite Sicamous Eagles hockey players. FREE!! Pumpkins and carving tools are provided... plus you get to keep your pumpkin! Pre-register before Oct. 27th at the arena concession from 11 am - 1 pm daily, or during minor hockey games / practices.
